If you don't mind me critiquing a little, I think from his nose up is completely perfect, but you have the angle of the mouth wrong. With the way his face is turned it angles in a bit more than what you have. If you fixed that angle I think it would look exactly like him. (: You have a lot of talent, so I'm sure if you keep practicing you'll surprise yourself! Something I find helpful is measuring distances and checking angles with my pencil. It's something all my teachers have taught me and it's helped me sooo much. And always spend as much time as you need to on the initial sketch. Make sure the proportions are accurate before you move on from the sketch and the rest of it will be a breeze! (:
